Established in 2000, Christophe’s provides breakfast, lunch and catering to local businesses. Importantly, we’re serious about producing the best, freshest, locally sourced food for our customers – not to mention the highest quality coffee in the area.
Christophe was born and raised in Dijon, France. He studied hospitality in Poligny, Jura and went on to complete his military service for one year for the French President at that time, François Mitterand.
Christophe’s passion for food came to life with his dream job working for acclaimed French chef Patrick Guilbaud at his two Michelin star restaurant in Ireland, where he worked for four years. While in Ireland, he met his Dublin-born wife Maria before immigrating to Australia.
In Australia, Christophe worked for Tony Bilson at Ampersand for one year and went on to work at the highly awarded Seven for two years.
Realising his dream, Christophe opened his cafe in 2000 and has never looked back. He loves interacting with his customers and is always trying new and innovative recipes in his kitchen.
